If you would like to order any of our volumes, request information, or make a suggestion, we invite you to send us your questions, comments and requests using the form below.
Our guarantee (and refund policy)
If, after having looked through any of the volumes you've ordered from St. James Music Press, you find that you don't really like it, or can't use it in your music program, please return the volume to us. We understand that sometimes you can't get the full measure of a composition by simply listening to it and we want you to be VERY happy with your purchase. More than happy. Giddy!
Most of our customers have their orders billed to their churches. If this is the case, once you send the music back, we'll just tear up the invoice and there's no charge at all. If you've already paid for the volume (sometimes this happens), we're always happy to refund the purchase price.
We like to talk to our customers, so call us anytime.
