Description
SATB Choir and Organ. A sumptuous yet easy setting of the Huron Carol ('Twas in the Moon of Wintertime). Quickly learned and sure to be a hit with choir and congregation alike. The oldest carol from the Americas, this was written probably in 1642 by Jean de Brébeuf, a Jesuit missionary. This one is a real beauty, and really, how can you resist singing a carol with "Gitchi Manitou" in it?
