Chris Bearer

Chris Bearer has been directing and teaching choirs of all ages (pre K-adults) for many years. He currently serves as Director of Music at a church in the Houston, Texas area. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Choral Education degree. He is also active as a composer of both Sacred and secular music. In 2012, he was commissioned to write a setting of the Mass Ordinary for the student choir at the Cathedral School of Saint Mary in downtown Austin. He lives in Spring, Texas with his wife and four children.
