Description
A French Protestant composer and music theorist of the Renaissance, most famous for his work on the Calvinist Genevan Psalter and the tune Old 100th. After the publication of the Psalter in Geneva, he was involved in some controversy, and moved to Paris where he appears to have returned to the Roman Catholic church.
